往山與雲的呼喚的方向，沿著羅東鎮的溪床溯源而上，約莫20分鐘車程您就到了BulauBulau不老部落。山不高，也不低，青黝黝的延綿於東邊與西邊的天宇間。泰雅族人抬頭就可以看見，看著天色由淺灰變深綠，再看著它被白雲覆蓋；在族人眼裡，這是祖宗也是自己的歸宿。『不老部落』位於宜蘭縣大同鄉寒溪村近羅東鎮，海拔約400公尺的台地上。

BulauBulau means “to gallivant” in Atyal language. You would arrive in BulauBulau aboriginal village within 20 minute driving distance if you traced the stream along the river bed of Lo-Tong town, toward the direction of the callings from the mountains and clouds.
The villagers like to raise their heads, take a moment, and feast their eyes on the spectacular views. They enjoy watching the sky shift various colors or covered with white clouds. On this terrace, all agile and brave Tai-Ya youngsters hunt and cultivate according to the tribal traditions and the seasons their ancestors framed. All virtuous and intelligent Tai-Ya girls apply their creative ideas in decorating the village with natural materials.
